We show up with our own water and power and detail your car right where it's parked — driveway, office lot, job site, doesn't matter. No drop-off, no waiting room, no driving around with a wet interior.
Prices are per vehicle and include travel within our standard service radius. Extra-large vehicles (crew cab duallies, 3-row SUVs with third-row carpet, cargo vans) run a flat +$25 on any package — we'll always confirm the number with you before we start, not after.
Tell us your vehicle, your address, and which package you're thinking. Most folks hear back within the hour during business days.
You'll get a 2-hour arrival window, not a vague "sometime Tuesday." We text when we're on the way.
Our van carries its own water and power, so we don't need your hose bib or an outdoor outlet. You don't have to hover.
We check the vehicle with you before we leave. Pay by card, Venmo, or cash — invoice texted either way.
Dez Calloway spent six years detailing cars in a dealership back lot before deciding the commission split wasn't worth it anymore. In the winter of 2018 he bought a used cargo van and spent three months building out a 40-gallon water tank and a quiet inverter generator in the back — bad soldering and a couple of blown fuses included.
That van is retired now (it's parked behind the shop and we're not precious about admitting the transmission finally gave out at 187,000 miles), but the setup is the same one we run today: come to you, bring our own water and power, leave your driveway drier than we found it.
Eight years and four vans later, Ironbark is a three-person crew — Dez, plus Marcus and Fina — covering the greater Millbrook area five days a week. We still turn down jobs outside our radius rather than rush one to make the drive worth it.
We call the current van "The Anvil" — matte black wrap, orange decal, and it's not subtle about it.
If something about the detail isn't right, text us photos within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it — free, no argument. We'd rather eat the cost of a return trip than have one bad detail be the story you tell about us.
Home base is Millbrook, and we run routes out to the surrounding suburbs most weekdays. Outside the standard radius, we still come — it just adds a trip fee, quoted before you book, never a surprise on the invoice.
Inside 30 miles of Millbrook: no trip fee, ever.
30–45 miles: flat $15–35 trip fee, quoted by ZIP code before you confirm.
Past 45 miles: text us anyway. If it's on the way to another job that week, we'll usually still make it work.
Had three kids' worth of Goldfish crackers ground into the back seat of my Pilot and I genuinely thought it was a lost cause. It is not a lost cause. Fina spent almost four hours on it and didn't complain once, or if she did she waited until she was back in the van.
Booked the Express Shine on a Tuesday morning before a work trip, they were done before my second cup of coffee. Truck looked better than the day I bought it.
No. The van carries its own 40-gallon tank and a quiet generator, so there's no hose or extension cord involved on your end.
We'll reschedule for free — no cancellation fee, no rebooking hassle. Light drizzle usually doesn't stop an interior-only job, and we'll call that one on the day of.
Usually two to three hours depending on vehicle size and how neglected the interior is. Job-site trucks and homes with pets or small kids sometimes run longer — we'll always call before that turns into extra charges.
Yes, as long as there's a spot we can post up in for a couple of hours. If your HOA has rules about work vehicles in guest parking, worth a quick check before we show up.
Yes — general liability coverage, certificate available on request for property managers or HOAs that need one on file.
